For Employers, payments for freelancer Services or Projects are taken upfront via Mpesa and held in escrow until marked complete.

For Freelancers, the website accepts payments for Services and Projects upfront from the Employer and holds them in escrow. Once the Employer marks the job as complete, the payment is released into the Freelancer’s Job Guru Africa account where they can request a withdrawal in a few clicks of a button. The payment is then made to the Freelancer’s bank account minus the website’s commission.

Yes! Our website allows you to rate and review BOTH freelancers and employers. In addition, you can post comments on services, jobs, projects and blogs.
