itI’m a young, passionate Social Media Manager. I recently completed my Meta Social Media Marketing Capstone certification. I’m excited to join Job Guru Africa to apply my newly acquired knowledge in creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving social media strategies that resonate with the respective audience.

  • Content creation- Creating engaging and relevant content for respective platforms, graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Copyrighting and communication – strong writing skills to craft compelling clear and concise copy for posts ads and captions. Effective communication skills to interact with followers respond to comments and handle customer service issues.
  • Awareness of platform algorithms trends and best practices for engagement.
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics; reach, engagement, and clicks using Meta insights or social media dashboards, interpreting data to optimize content campaigns and overall strategy.
  • Knowledge of Facebook ads manager to create and optimize campaigns.
  • Building relationships and interacting with followers to foster a loyal community, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, and encouraging user-generated content to promote positive brand interaction.
  • Staying updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns on various social media platforms and content calendars simultaneously, using scheduling tools; Buffer, and Hootsuite to stay organized and maintain consistent posting.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization to increase content visibility, using relevant hashtags and keywords to improve content discovery.
  • Developing unique content and campaigns that stand out in a crowded digital space, using storytelling to connect emotionally with the audience and enhance brand identity.
  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring collaborations align with the brand goals.
  • Ability to respond to negative feedback handle PR issues and manage social media crises calmly and effectively.
